INTERACTIVE CORPORATION PRIVACY POLICY The GXB Interactive website may contain links
to other websites, whether owned or controlled by GXB Interactive affiliates or
unrelated third parties. GXB Interactive is not responsible for the privacy
policies and practices of any linked website. This notice is being supplied in compliance
with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA). GXB Interactive attempts to adhere/or intends to comply with the
Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Children's Advertising of the Children's
Advertising Review Unit (CARU) of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. You can help by
spending time online with your children and monitoring your children's online
use. Please help us protect your child's privacy online by instructing them
never to provide personal information online without your permission. If you are under 18, please be sure to read
this policy with your parents or legal guardians and ask questions about things
you do not understand. Children under 13 should get your parent's or legal
guardian's permission before giving out your e-mail address or any personal
information to GXB Interactive or to anyone else on the internet. What
information will GXB Interactive collect? If an unsolicited request is submitted by a
user under 13 years of age, their first name and email
address is only kept for purposes of sending a response. None of the
information will be used outside the scope of the original request made by the
child. Once the reply is generated, the email address is deleted from our
system. Additional information such as the web pages
visited, links followed, and amount of time spent viewing content on the GXB
Interactive website may be collected automatically and stored in a personally
identifiable fashion, if the child is a registered user of the GXB Interactive
website. Other information may be automatically
recorded by our web server to provide usage statistics and information so that
we can provide a better experience at the GXB Interactive website. This
information is not personally identifiable. And, of course, we at GXB Interactive want to
make sure everyone has fun, so we will not require children to surrender any
information as a requirement to participate in any section of the website

by GXB Interactive and not given, sold, or otherwise transferred to third
parties in a personally identifiable form, unless such disclosure is required
by law. Subject to the foregoing, GXB Interactive may
conduct surveys or other studies of its customer base and usage for marketing
and planning purposes. Participation in such surveys is at user's option; GXB
Interactive does not conduct mandatory surveys. In cases where surveys allow
users to submit written comments, and where GXB Interactive advises users of
the possibility of such disclosure at the time they take the survey, GXB
Interactive reserves the right to disclose text information provided by any
user through such a survey, provided that no personal information identifying
that user is disclosed. If GXB Interactive becomes aware that a user's
personal information (as provided online) has been disclosed in a manner not
permitted by this Privacy Policy, GXB Interactive shall make reasonable efforts
to notify the affected user, as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by
law, of what information has been disclosed, to the extent that GXB Interactive
knows this information. What about Spam? GXB Interactive seeks to avoid sending
unsolicited bulk email (spam). GXB Interactive sends email messages to
customers who have provided us with their email address and have elected to
receive promotional mailings. If you opt out of promotion emails, GXB
Interactive may still send email messages regarding your account, the status of
the site or other important information, including recalls. What about updating E-mail addresses? If you terminate a particular address, it is
possible that a third party could adopt the same address. In such cases,
messages directed via email to you may be received by unauthorized parties
(just as if you moved from one home to another and mail was delivered to your
old address). If you then asked us for an email confirmation of your password,
it would be sent to the person who adopted your address. You are responsible
for notifying us of your new address if you terminate or change email accounts.
If you do not notify us promptly of your termination of an email address, we
assume no liability for any resulting misdirected messages, which could reveal
your personal information, including possibly your account password, to third
